breadmaker - cinnamon rasin bread

A.
yeast 1 1/2 teaspoon
bread flour 280g
plain flour 120g
salt 1 teaspoon
sugar 35g
veg oil 1tablespoon
malt extract 10g
water 280g

B.
rasin 120g

put ingredients of A in order. put rasin into nut dispenser. choose mode "basic rasin"

walnut and cheese bread (bread maker)

bread maker (panasonic sd-2511) - walnut and cheese bread

A. 
yeast 6g (2 teaspoon)
bread flour 200g
all purpose flour 200g
salt 8g
sugar 45g
milk 240g
olive oil 30g

B. 
cheese 60g (cut into 1cm3 cubes) (can be replaced by dry milk 20g, put along with ingredients in A)
walnut 100g

1. put A into bread bowl (in listed order)
2. put B into nut dispenser
3. choose mode "rustic artisan" , large, medium crust, and press start


麵包機 -蔓越莓核桃麵包(起士湯種)

A. cheese 一片約30g,milk 70g, bread flour 20g
B. yeast 6g (1 1/2 teaspoon),bread flour 400g, sugar 30g, salt 1/2 teaspoon, water 180
C. butter 30g
D. cranberry 70g, walnut 100g

breadmaker: paansonic sd-2511, mode: basic rasin

1. 起士湯種: 起士片撕碎放入牛奶中,以最小火加熱至cheese融化,然後加入高粉拌勻(會成糰狀),放涼備用。
2. 將B的材料依序加入麵包缽中,最後將湯種弄碎放入。
3. D的材料放入nut dispenser中
4. 全部開始拌勻成糰後,加入奶油(或也可以一開始放入)
